I can't believe someone actually looked at this BLOG, anyway if you happen upon this blog post a subject and let's start blogging.

I believe Americans  started getting fat when the FDA started the "LOW FAT" way of eating!  

Well, this is my FIRST blog.  Not sure what I want to discuss, but I'm sure I'll think of something.

I was just speaking with an old High School friend about how time goes by so fast.  He had just attended his 30yr class reunion.  I told him I was supposed to "crash" that re-union as mine isn't until next year. 

Does anyone else feel the same inside that they did in High School?  My body doesn't but in my mind it doesn't seem to "feel" time going by.
